Cancellation and Replacement Policy

All sales are final. Nostalgia Blocks, LLC requires  14 days  advance notice on order cancellations before the indicated delivery time on the sales order.  You must email or call us and indicate you sales order number. If the order was placed through one of our sales reps, said representative must be notified as well.
For returns or replacements because of breakages or wrong items, we must be notified within 7 days after the shipment has arrived. No returns or exchanges will be honored after 7 days.

Refund Policy

All  approved cancellations  and  damage  claims  are  covered  in our refund policy.  We will credit back the card within 14 days  after refund is approved. We do not offer refunds outside our covered cancellations and damage claims policy. No refund are offered to cancelled orders after shipment or delivery.
